1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across India, including remote areas (subject to courier availability). For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)

• Custom/pre-order items may require additional processing time (we’ll notify you)

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

*Express shipping available at additional cost

4. Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1,500

• Standard Rate: ₹80 for orders below ₹1,500

• Express Shipping: ₹150 additional

5. Order Tracking

You will receive:

1. Order confirmation email/SMS immediately after purchase

2. Shipping confirmation with tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch

Track your order through:

• Our website’s “Order Status” page

• Courier partner’s tracking portal

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is:

• Delayed: Contact us after 2 days past estimated delivery

• Damaged: Refuse delivery & notify us within 24 hours with photos

• Lost: We’ll investigate after 7 days past shipment date

7. Address Changes

• Changes accepted only if requested within 6 hours of ordering

• Post-dispatch changes may incur ₹100 rerouting fee
